ServiceNow ITOM Developer (German-speaking)
We are hiring ServiceNow ITOM Developer (M/F)

Location Remote / Europe
Language requirement Fluent German

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer fluent in German to join an international team focused on developing and enhancing ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
This role involves working on complex technical projects that support service reliability, operational health, and automation across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Development in the ITOM Health & OnCall area within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Configuration and management of the Service Reliability Management (SRM) Plugin and other ITOM Health modules.
Administration and use of On-Call Schedules.
Implementation and management of ACLs (Access Control Lists) in ServiceNow.
Application of ITIL4 best practices across workflows.


Requirements

Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer.
Strong knowledge of ITOM Health, SRM Plugin, and OnCall functionalities.
Hands-on experience with ACLs in the platform.
Fluent German (mandatory).
Understanding of ITIL4 principles.
Ability to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
